Case Reports: Aripripazole Reduces Risperidone-Induced Hyperprolactinemia

Many schizophrenic patients treated with typical or atypical antipsychotics (AP) such as risperidone show significant clinical alterations as changes in sexual activity, menstrual cycle, amenorrhea, galattorrea and cardiovascular disorders because of AP-induced hyperprolactinemia.
