Abstract:

本文为了充分了解外地大蒜资源的品质与威宁县本地资源品质之间区别,分别引进毕节杨家湾蒜、毕节大方蒜、龙里巴江蒜、龙里8号蒜、贵定蒜、麻江贤昌蒜、中水蒜花蒜等七种大蒜资源与威宁中水商品蒜进行分析,分析大蒜鳞茎的大蒜素(Allicin)、可溶性蛋白(soluble protein)、维生素C (vitamin C)、可溶性糖(soluble sugar)、游离氨基酸(free amino acid)、POD和SOD等七种营养品质,以为今后品种的资源利用、引进、品质的需求提供参考依据。
In order to fully understand the difference between the quality of foreign garlic resources and those of Weining County, Weining Zhongshui commodity garlic and seven kinds of garlic resources, including Bijie Yangjiawan garlic, Bijie Dafang garlic, Longli Bajiang garlic, Longli No.8 garlic, Guiding garlic, Majiang Xianchang garlic, and Zhongshui garlic flower garlic, were introduced to analyze garlic bulb Allicin, soluble protein, vitamin C, soluble sugar, free amino acid, pod and SOD, to provide reference for resource utilization, introduction and quality requirements of varieties in the future.
