如何破解高校毕业生就业难的问题
Study on the Employment Difficulties of College Graduates

近年来，随着高校的扩招，产业结构的调整，高校毕业生所面临的就业问题越来越严峻。笔者通过调查研究，就当前形势下高校毕业生就业难的问题进行了分析和总结，提出了破解就业难的对策，为问题的解决提供参考。
In recent years, with the expansion of college admissions and the adjustment of industrial structure, the college graduates are facing increasingly serious employment difficulties. In this paper, the difficulties in current situation were analyzed and summarized through our investigation. A series of countermeasures were proposed to provide a reference for solving the problems.
