重大疫情流行的社会因素及社区防控策略研究

当前，面临新冠肺炎传播给全球带来的灾难性危机，有必要探寻并深度思考重大疫情流行的社会因素。本文通过对影响重大疫情流行的科学技术、人口、卫生服务和政府管控等社会因素进行分析，阐述社区在重大疫情防控中的作用和优势，提出了不同阶段的应对策略，以期充分发挥社区干预在外防输入、内防扩散中的关键作用。
At present, facing worldwide disastrous crisis of novel coronavirus pneumonia, it is necessary to explore and consider the social factors of major epidemic. Based on the analysis of social factors such as science and technology, population, health service and government control, this paper expounds the role and advantages of community in the prevention and control of major epidemic, and puts forward countermeasures in different stages, in order to give full play to the key role of community intervention in external input and internal proliferation prevention.
