新时代人民群众法治获得感提升路径研究
Research on the Way to Improve People’s Sense of Gain of the Rule of Law in the New Era

以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导思想提升人民群众法治获得感，应厘清获得感心理学渊源与法治获得感的概念框架，在分析当前影响人民群众法治获得感因素的基础上，从立法获得感、执法获得感、司法获得感和守法获得感四个层面解读法治获得感的逻辑起点和现实映照。加强在立法、执法、司法和守法领域中人民群众的满意度，形成科学立法、严格执法、公正司法、全民守法的良好法治环境，最终提升人民群众的法治获得感。
Taking Xi Jinping’s Socialist Thought with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era as the guiding ide-ology to improve the people’s sense of gain of rule of law, we should clarify the conceptual framework of the sense of gain of the rule of law. Based on the analysis of the current factors affecting the people’s sense of sense of gain of rule of law, we could find that the logical starting point and realistic reflection of the sense of obtaining the rule of law are interpreted on four levels: sense of gain in legislation, sense of gain in law enforcement, sense of gain in justice, and sense of gain in law-abiding; strengthen the satisfaction of the people in the fields of legislation, law enforcement, justice and law-abiding, and form a good legal environment for scientific legislation, strict law enforcement, fair justice, and law-abiding for all people, and ultimately enhance the people’s sense of gain of rule of law.
