一测多评法测定丹参中4种脂溶性成分含量

Abstract:

采用一测多评法同时测定丹参中4种丹参酮类成分的含量。通过建立丹参酮IIA与二氢丹参酮I、隐丹参酮、丹参酮I的相对校正因子,以外标法测定丹参酮IIA,利用相对校正因子计算二氢丹参酮I、隐丹参酮、丹参酮I的含量。结果显示建立的相对校正因子重现性良好,采用校正因子计算的结果与外标法实测值一致,该法可以用于丹参中多种成分的质量评价研究。
Four tanshinones in Salvia miltrorrhiza were simultaneous determined by QAMS method. The relative analysis correction factors (RCF) of tanshinone IIA to dihydrotanshinone I, cryptotanshinone and tanshinone were calculated. The contents of four tanshinones were determined by both external standard method and QAMS method. The results showed there were no significant differences in the quantitative analysis results obtained by two methods. The QAMS method can be used to control the quality of Salvia miltrorrhiza.
