高校离退休教职工党支部规范化建设研究初探
A Preliminary Study on the Standardization Construction of the Party Branch of the Retired Staff in Universities

高校离退休教职工党支部规范化建设是高校党建工作的重要组成部分。按照党支部规范化建设的基本要求，调研分析北京高校离退休教职工党支部规范化建设中存在的问题及原因，探索性提出高校离退休教职工党支部规范化建设的意见，以提高新时代高校离退休教职工党支部发挥战斗保垒作用的能力。
The standardized construction of party branches of the retired staff is an important component of building of the Communist Party of China in universities. According to the basic requirements for the standardized construction of party branches, we investigated and analyzed the problems and reasons existed in the standardized construction of retired staff in universities of Beijing city, and proposed suggestions on the improvement for the standardized construction of retired staff in universities, this would promote the leading role of party branches of the retired staff in the new era.
