Abstract:

本文基于共享住宿研究的一系列研究成果,通过共享住宿与传统住宿行为研究与实践的对比分析,深入分析探讨了通过参与共享住宿平台双方主客关系行为外在动机和内在动机的主要行为特征及影响。该研究不仅为共享住宿的可持续发展提供有效建议,同时对传统住宿业在运营管理方面的未来发展与改革提供参考。
Based on prior relevant studies on P2P accommodation and hotel companies, the current study intends to explore both extrinsic incentives and intrinsic incentives of P2P accommodation platform participants (hosts and guests) and their effects on traditional lodging types. This study provides valuable insights for P2P accommodation to achieve its sustainable development. Besides, the study has great implications for traditional lodging companies’ operation and management practices in a sharing economy setting.
