随着《京都议定书》于2005年2月的生效,有效减排温室气体,改善大气环境日益成为一个重要问题;“清洁发展机制”(CDM)为煤层气利用提供了新的融资渠道,煤层气利用的环境效益越来越受到重视。 With coming into force on Feb. 2005 of “Kyoto Protocol”, the effective reducing greenhouse gas emission and improving atmospheric environment were became an important issue day by day. Clean development mechanism (CDM) can provide a new financing channel for coal bed methane (CBM) utilization. Environment benefit of CBM utilization is being paid more attention by all countries on the world
