Abstract:

用金属腐蚀电偶法对煤的还原浮选脱硫进行了研究, 探索了矿浆电位、pH值、温度等因素对细粒煤浮选脱硫的影响, 通过实验证实: 在低的矿浆电位和一定的pH值、温度下, 黄铁矿能被有效抑制, 提高了脱硫效率。大量研究表明, 金属腐蚀电偶法能高效脱出高硫煤中的硫分, 提高产品质量。 The reduction floatation desulfurization of coal by metal corrosion interaction was studied. The effect of mineral slurry potentials, pH value and temperature on floatation desulfurization from fine coal was researches. It is proved by experiment that pyrites can be restrained and the effect of pyrite removal can be proved under the low mineral slurry potential and temperature. A large number of researches show that the method on metal corrosion interaction can remove effectively sulfur from high sulfur coal and improve the product quality
