水焦浆流变特性的影响因素研究 -

用石油焦与3种不同的分散剂成浆,研究几种因素对水焦浆流变特性的影响。结果表明水焦浆的流变特性主要取决于石油焦本身的性质。其次对其有影响的因素主要是粒度和分散剂种类,粒度越小越容易形成胀塑性流体,分散剂不同流变特性会有所不同。除此之外,分散剂的用量、浆体浓度对流变特性的影响不是很大。 Influence of several factors on rheologic behavior of coke-water mixture was studied using petroleum coke and three dispersants.The results show that the rheologic behavior of coke-water mixture depends mainly on the properties of petroleum coke itself.Besides,the granularity and type of dispersant also impacts on the rheologic behavior,superfine PCWM forms dilatants behavior easily,and different dispersants can result in different rheologic behavior.Otherwise,dispersant dosage and concentration of PCWM have little influence on the rheologic behavior
