煤与木屑共液化气体产物分析

Abstract:

采用500 mL带搅拌的高压反应釜,考察了煤与木屑共液化反应,分析了气体产物分布及变化规律。实验结果表明:木屑单独液化气体产率远远高于胜利褐煤单独液化气体产率;木屑的加入降低了共液化气体总产率,尤其对液化气体中CH4,C2H6含量影响比较显著,对CO和CO2含量的降低影响不明显;在煤与木屑共液化过程中,总气体产率、C1~C4烃类气体及CO+CO2非烃类气体基本均随着温度的升高逐渐增加,尤其在360~420℃增加幅度较大;液化气体产物组成以C1~C4烃类气体为主,且以CH4含量最高,高低次序为CH4>C2H6>C3H8>C4H10,另外还有少量C2H4,非烃类气体主要是CO和CO2。 Co-liquefaction of coal and sawdust was carried out in an autoclave whose volume is 500 mL and with a stirring device.Analyze the distribution and changing rules of gas products.The results show that the liquefied gas yield of sawdust is obviously higher than that of Shengli,the adding of sawdust decrease the total gas products yield,which has much effect on the yield of CH4 and C2H6,while has less influence on CO and CO2.When temperature increased from 360 ℃ to 420 ℃,the yield of gas,C1~C4 hydrocarbons and CO+CO2 increased rapidly.The gas products are mainly composed of C1~C4 hydrocarbons,CH4 is the highest,non hydrocarbon mainly contains CO and CO2,including little C2H4,and the ascending order is CH4>C2H6>C3H8>C4H10
