提高福建无烟煤气化型煤灰熔点的研究

为解决福建无烟煤灰熔点低的问题,根据福建无烟煤灰的成分组成和相互作用特点,开发出提高福建无烟煤造气型煤灰熔点的有效添加剂。用此添加剂生产的型煤无机物添加量低,灰熔点满足造气炉对原料的要求。 Several new kinds of additives were developed for increasing the Fujian anthracite gasification briquette ash fusibility based on the Fujian anthracite ash component and its interaction properties.Anthracite briquette ash content increased only a little due to the mineral content in additive is very low therefore the briquette product quality may meet the requirements of gasifier
