长治贫瘦煤生产气化型煤试验研究

以长治慈林山矿的贫煤和当地贫瘦煤为原料,采用2种免烘干型和一种烘干型型煤粘结剂,在试验室开发出了具有冷热强度高、防水性能好、其它质量指标满足气化用煤要求的气化型煤。已进行了300t级工业化试生产,有待于进行工业气化试验进行验证。 A kind of briquette was developed by using the Changzhi Ciilingshan meager coal and local production meager lean coal as raw material and two kind without drying binders and one drying type binder in laboratory. The briquette possesses high cold strength, good water proof and suitable for gasification process demand. About 300 t briquettes were production under industrial condition and it will put into industry gasification experiment for demonstration its characters
