洁净煤技术评价指标体系的构建

笔者对洁净煤技术进行了简略介绍 ,具体分析了洁净煤技术的主要影响因素 ,并根据评价指标体系的构建原则 ,构建了洁净煤技术的技术、经济、环境、社会评价指标体系。洁净煤技术评价指标体系的建立标志着对洁净煤技术进行评价的良好开端 ,为科学、客观地评价洁净煤技术奠定了坚实的基础 The clean coal technology (CCT) was introduced briefly and main influence factors of CCT were also analyzed. Assessment index system of CCT with regard to the technology, economy, environment and society was established based on the construction principle. It lays a solid foundation for CCT assessment at scientific and objective condition. Also it indicates a good beginning for CCT evaluations
