Low Expression of CDK10 Correlates with Adverse Prognosis in Gastric CarcinomaDOI: 10.7150/jca.20142 Abstract: Background: Cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) 10, is reported to play an essential role in the progression from the G2 to M phase of the cell cycle. Recently, reduced expression of CDK10 has been observed in several cancerous human tissue, suggesting that CDK10 is a tumor suppressor gene. However, data on its expression pattern and clinical relevance in gastric cancer are not sufficient. Therefore, this study aims to investigate CDK10 expression and its prognostic significance in primary gastric adenocarcinoma.
