Vitiligoid hypopigmentation associated with pembrolizumab in metastatic head and neck cancer

Cutaneous adverse events are common with the use of immunotherapy. Although only 5% of patients develop severe reactions, about half will develop mild to moderate cutaneous adverse events. Vitiligo has been seen in melanomas treated with checkpoint inhibitors (CPI).
