Abstract:
摘要 目的 探索大肠癌中Pokemon的表达与大肠癌前哨淋巴结微转移的关系。方法 采用RT-PCR方法检测58例Dukes A-B期大肠癌组织中癌巢、癌以远组织中Pokemon mRNA的表达水平。采用免疫组织化学法检测其中56例大肠癌癌巢中Pokemon蛋白和前哨淋巴结CK20蛋白的表达。 结果 大肠癌癌巢中Pokemon mRNA水平显著高于癌以远组织（P=0.000）。Pokemon蛋白阳性与阴性患者前哨淋巴结发生微转移的比例间差异未达统计学意义（P=0.562）。Pokemon蛋白阳性的患者中CK20阴性的患者生存率高于CK20阳性的患者（P=0.039）。结论 Pokemon在大肠癌癌巢中高表达，联合检测Pokemon与前哨淋巴结CK20在大肠癌预后判断中有重要价值，但尚不能认为Pokemon蛋白可以影响大肠癌前哨淋巴结微转移
