紫芨油治疗痔疮226例的疗效观察
The Curative Effect Observation of Ziji Ointment on 226 Cases of Hemorrhoids

目的：探讨紫芨油换药治疗痔疮的疗效。方法：将2018年1月~2019年12月来我院肛肠科门诊就诊的患者随机分为2组，治疗组226例，对照组226例。治疗组换药用紫芨油，对照组用马应龙麝香痔疮膏。观察2组临床症状积分改善情况。结果：经统计学分析，所有患者的各项基本资料(性别、年龄、病程)对比分析，差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)，具有可比性。2组患者在换药前及换药后出血及疼痛积分情况，差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)，表明治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论：紫芨油换药治疗痔疮，能有效地缓解出血，改善疼痛，是治疗痔疮的有效的非手术治疗方法。
Objective: To explore the effect of Ziji ointment in the treatment of hemorrhoids. Methods: From January 2018 to December 2019, patients who came to our anorectal clinic were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group (226 cases) and control group (226 cases). The treatment group was treated with Ziji Ointment and the control group was treated with Mayinglong Ointment to observe the improvement of clinical symptom score in two groups. Results: After statistical analysis, the basic data (gender, age, course) of all patients were compared and analyzed, the difference was not statistically significant (P > 0.05). The difference of bleeding and pain scores between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant (P < 0.05), indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion: Ziji Ointment is an effective non-surgical treatment for hemorrhoids, because it can effectively relieve bleeding and improve pain.
