In the new retail era, the development of internet, artificial intelligence, big data and cloud com-puting has changed consumers’ shopping habits and shopping methods, innovated and reformed the traditional retail industry, promoted the further integration of online and offline, brought new experiences to consumers, promoted economic growth and upgraded consumption environment. Consumers participated in the value creation of products and made experiential consumption. With the assistance of third-party payment platform, the demand and efficiency of consumption were improved. However, due to the drive of interests, users’ personal privacy and identity information leak occurs from time to time, and the protection of consumers personal information is also worthy of attention.
