针刺足三里穴对认知注意网络功能调节作用的事件相关电位N2与P300的影响研究

Abstract:

目的:探讨针刺足三里穴对认知注意网络功能调节作用的事件相关电位N2与P300的影响。方法:对30名健康在校大学生针刺双侧足三里穴,运用事件相关电位测试,分别在针刺足三里穴前和针刺足三里穴后各进行一次事件相关电位的检查。结果:事件相关电位检查最后的结果显示出,和针刺之前相比较,针刺足三里这个穴位以后警示网络的效能明显提高,足三里穴针刺前、后doublecue N2波幅值分别为(?4.78 ± 1.12) uV、(?8.64 ± 1.88) uV,t值为0.028,P值在0.01以下;经过针刺足三里穴治疗,提升了执行控制网络效能,在incongruent P300波幅值指标上,未进行足三里穴针刺时是(0.67 ± 1.35) uV,进行此项治疗后是(?3.19 ± 1.81) uV,计算得t值为0.010,P值在0.01以下;在定向网络效率指标上,未进行足三里穴针刺时同进行此项治疗后不存在显著差别(P > 0.05)。结论:通过针刺足三里穴疗法的应用,能够使病人认知注意网络的执行网络效能以及警觉网络效能均得到提升,改善认知能力。
Objective: To investigate the effects of event related potentials N2 and P300 of acupuncture at bilateral ST36 (Zusanli) on cognitive attention networks in healthy subjects. Methods: The amplitude value of N2 and P300 was used to compare the effects of after acupuncture at ST36 with the effects of before acupuncture on the efficiency of three anatomically defined attention networks: alerting, orienting, and executive control in 30 health university students. Results: The amplitude value of doublecue N2 was significantly higher (t = 0.028, P < 0.01) after acupuncture ((?4.78 ± 1.12) uV) than before acupuncture ((?8.64 ± 1.88) uV). The amplitude value of incongruent P300 was significantly higher (t = 0.010, P < 0.01) after acupuncture ((0.67 ± 1.35) uV) than before acupuncture ((?3.19 ± 1.81) uV). But there was no significant difference of the orienting efficiency after acupuncture than before acupuncture (P > 0.05). Conclusions: These results suggest that there are selective enhancements of the alerting and executive control networks after acupuncture, and acupuncture can improve cognitive ability.
