Abstract:

摘要 为提高样品的重建精度及鲁棒性,提出一种可见光域上基于已知振幅信息约束的叠层成像方法。本方法仅需将待测样品周围的已知振幅图像作为先验参考信息,与样品共同叠层扫描,并代入迭代算法,即可获得优质的重建效果。通过模拟结果及搭建光学系统,对不同样品进行实验探究,证实了本方法的有效性。使用本方法,无需增加实验成本即可获取更优质的重建结果,并保持叠层成像技术的优势。本方法具有较强的抗噪声和抗孔径偏移能力,是一种简约、稳健、通用性强的衍射成像技术,具有较为重要的实用价值。
