基于RCM理论和重要度评价的轨道电路维修方式决策

Abstract:
摘要 为解决轨道电路维修中存在过于依赖主观经验、没有维修侧重点而造成资源浪费问题,提出基于设备分类逻辑决断和模糊综合评判的轨道电路维修决策模型.综合考虑设备的可靠性、维修性和经济性,采用灰关联理想解法评价设备单元重要度,将设备单元按重要级别分类后进行不同故障模式下的维修方式逻辑决断.引入模糊综合评判法,建立维修方式定性决断和定量评判相结合的共决机制.结合兰新高铁故障案例,给出其轨道电路各设备单元的合理维修建议,验证了该模型可行有效,有助于实现检修精细化,指导现场设备维护工作.
Abstract:To solve the problem of heavy wasting resources due to depending too much on subjective experience and lacking of emphasizes during the track circuit system maintenance, the maintenance decision model based on equipment-classified logic decision and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is put forward. Firstly, comprehensively considering the factors of reliability, maintenance, economy, the importance of units is assessed by using the grey correlation degree and TOPSIS method so as to make different failure modes of equipment-classified maintenance mode logic decisions. Then, the maintenance mode common decision-making mechanism of qualitative decision and quantitative judgement is built by introducing the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, the reasonable maintenance proposals of track circuit equipment units are offered according to Lanzhou-Xinjiang high-speed railway case, proving that the model is feasible and effective, which may help to achieve precise overhaul and provide guidance for field maintenance.
