根癌农杆菌介导杨树遗传转化的影响因素
Influence Factors on Agrobacterium mediated Transformation Efficiency of Populus

针对根癌农杆菌介导杨树遗传转化过程中杨树受体系统的建立、质粒转化载体的构建、目的基因转化和转化体选择4部分影响因子进行综述。影响因子包括杨树基因型、外植体类型等内部因素，培养基、培养条件、vir基因诱导物、抗生素等外部因素。总结了在实际操作中应该注意的问题，为更好地利用根癌农杆菌介导法开展杨树遗传转化，提高转化效率提供借鉴和参考。
Agrobacterium mediated transformation is the main method used in the study of transgenic Populus. Influence factors on Agrobacterium mediated transformation efficiency of Populus were reviewed from 4 aspects, including regeneration system, construction of transformation vector, transformation target gene and selection of transformant. The factors influencing Agrobacterium mediated transformation efficiency of Populus were examined, including internal factor (Populus genotypes and explants types), and external factor (medium, culture condition, inducer of vir gene and antibiotic). Problems in the practice application were analyzed to provide guidance for improving Agrobacterium mediated transformation efficiency of Populus
