Abstract:

通过不同低温处理4个无核葡萄品种和中国野生葡萄山葡萄。结果表明,经过5℃、0℃、-20℃温度,波尔莱特电解质渗出率值从28.65%上升到42.68%,增加了48.97%,电解质渗出率最高,抗寒性最弱;其次是无核白电解质渗出率值从26.61%上升到31.65%,增加了18.94%,电解质渗出率高,抗寒性较弱。可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖含量随着低温处理基本都呈现上升趋势,而在-40℃低温下,各葡萄品种枝条组织的细胞膜遭受的损伤较大。4种无核葡萄品种枝条的电解质渗出率值均超过50%,可溶性蛋白质和可溶性糖含量也达到了最高,不同品种含量不同。
Branches of four seedless grape varieties and a wild species in China Vitis amurensis were subjected to different low temperatures to examine their capabilities to coldness. When the branches were treated in turn under the temperatures of 5℃, 0℃, and -20℃, respectively, the electrolyte leakage rate of Perlette raised from 28.65% to 42.68%, increased by 48.97%, highest among all the varieties, indicating the lowest cold resistance capability. For Thompson seedless variety, the electrolyte leakage rate increased from 26.61% to 31.65%, raised by 18.94%, the higher electrolyte leakage rate demonstrated its lower capability to coldness. Soluble protein and soluble sugar contents all increased with the decrease of temperature. When temperature was -40℃, the cell membrane of all seedless grape branch organizations was damaged badly, and the electrolyte leakage rate of four seedless grapes were more than 50%.
