林业合作社运行机制及转化案例分析

Abstract:
以云南腾冲县三家不同类型林业类合作社为例,基于“治理结构-行为方式-绩效水平”的视角,分析了合作社的治理结构、行为方式和绩效水平的差异及其匹配关系,研究表明:治理结构决定了合作社行为方式,行为方式又成为合作社绩效水平的决定因素,同时行为方式和绩效水平的反馈效应驱动着合作社的演进。
Taking three typical forestry cooperatives in Tengchong County’s as examples, based on the perspective of “Structure - Behavior - Performance”, this paper analyses the differences, matching relation and reason of governance structure, behavior and performance level of the three cooperatives, and the results show that the governance structure determines a cooperative’s behavior, and the behavioral characteristics become crucial factors for the cooperative’s performance level, at the same time, the feedback effect of the cooperative’s behavior and performance level drives the its evolution.
