Arguments Based on Yuelu Qin Bamboo Slips for the Market Architectural Style during Qin Dynasty

通过对岳麓秦简中一则盗卖市肆案件的司法文书的解读，结合考古发现和其他文献材料，论述了秦代的市、肆、列、市亭的概念界定、建筑形制、布局规划。
According to the Tactics Existing in a Larceny Case of Qin Dynasty，which had been archived in Qin Bamboo slice provided by Yuelu Academy，this paper argues such aspects as the definition，the architectural style，the planning principle for the following concepts，market，individual store，commercial land and Ting in Qin Dynasty gradually.Besides the Bamboo Slice，several recent archaeological finding and literature are adopted as reference to support the argument.
