考虑啮合齿对失效相关性的齿轮系统可靠性评估

Abstract:
为了考虑齿轮系统在输入扭矩载荷作用下啮合齿对的失效相关性,详细分析了齿轮时变啮合关系,基于蒙特卡罗抽样方法,提出了考虑齿轮啮合时变特性及失效相关性的仿真方法。编写了考虑多种失效模式和时变啮合关系的可靠性仿真程序,以齿轮的齿根弯曲和齿面接触静强度失效模式为研究对象,分析了多种失效模式的共因失效现象和时变啮合特性,并比较了所提出方法与传统的串联系统可靠性分析方法之间的差异。算例表明:随着载荷作用次数的增加,传统方法由于未考虑相互啮合轮齿的失效相关性、时变特性和各轮齿强度的不确定性,从而高估或者低估了齿轮系统的可靠度,表明文中提出的方法更贴合实际,评估结果更趋于合理。
To statistically consider the dependent failure of meshing tooth??pairs under input torque load, the time varying meshing feature is elaborated, and a reliability analysis method with time varying meshing feature and dependent failure is proposed based on the Monte Carlo simulation. The simulation program is coded taking the static strength failure modes of tooth??root and tooth??surface as the objectives, and the common cause failure with multiple failure modes and time??varying meshing feature are considered in the reliability analysis. The differences between the proposed method and traditional reliability methods are compared. It is found that with the increasing torque action times, the reliability is over??estimated or under??estimated in the traditional methods for lack of considering the dependent failure of tooth??pairs, the time varying feature and the strength uncertainty of each tooth, thus the proposed estimation is more reasonable
