补气技术应用于高温热泵的实验研究

Abstract:
为了提高高温热泵运行经济性及稳定性,优化高温系统流程,通过在热泵系统中设置换热器型经济器,实验验证双螺杆压缩机补气技术在高温热泵中应用的可行性。实验研究表明:将补气技术应用于高温热泵是可行的,冷凝器出口水温在88℃下通过经济器补气可有效增加高温热泵的制热量,当相对补气量由9.88%增加至22.61%时,系统总制热量增加9.28 kW,改善了其制热性能;在压缩机补气孔口已定条件下,存在最优补气压力,使该系统制热能效比最大;经济器的设置同时为冷凝器出口制冷剂提供较大的过冷度,保证了系统节流机构的安全运行。
To improve heating performance and running stability of high temperature heat pump, the structure of the heat pump should be rebuilt and optimized. Setting an internal heating exchanger economizer into the heat pump system, the experiments are conducted to validate the function of vapor injection technique in twin screw high temperature heat pump system. It is indicated that vapor injection facilitates increasing the total heating capacity of the heat pump with condenser outlet water temperature of 88℃, and the heating capacity increases up to 9.28 kW while vapor injection ratio rises from 9.88% to 22.61%. There exists an optimal vapor injection pressure or vapor injection ratio, with which the heating COP gets the maximum in running process. The economizer also provides higher degree of supercooling for the refrigerant from the condenser to ensure working safety of the throttling structure of high temperature heat pump
