级联H桥型多电平逆变器中变压器偏磁抑制控制方法研究

Abstract:
为了抑制级联H桥型逆变器连接变压器时存在的变压器偏磁现象,通过对变压器偏磁现象的形成机理研究,发现变压器原边电压和副边电流的直流分量是造成变压器偏磁现象的主要原因。根据变压器偏磁原因,提出了几种通过抑制逆变器滤波电感电流中直流分量来消除原边电压直流分量的控制策略。通过对比分析发现,电压反馈辅助以滞环控制器和检测电感电流的偏磁抑制控制器的控制策略动态响应较快,偏磁抑制比较彻底。在样机平台上进行了实验,结果表明,偏磁抑制控制器的控制策略可以完全消除级联H桥型逆变器的变压器偏磁现象,并且在投切电阻负载实验中,电压恢复时间仅在20 ms以内。
When a transformer is connected to a cascaded H??bridge (CHB) multilevel converter, transformer magnetic bias usually appears. The mechanism of the transformer magnetic bias, is discussed, and it is concluded that the DC components of the transformer primary??side voltage and secondary??side current result in magnetic bias. Then several control strategies are proposed and compared to eliminate the DC??component voltage of the primary??side by suppressing the DC??component inductor current in the filter of the CHB inverter. The voltage feedback associated with hysteresis controller and magnetic bias suppression controller has faster dynamic response and more complete magnetic bias suppression. This control strategy is able to eliminate magnetic bias in CHB inverter completely in the resistance load switch on and off experiment, and the voltage restoring time gets less than 20 ms
