农地“三权分置”的研究综述
A Research Review on “Division of Three Rights” of Farmland

随着中央明确提出“三权分置”,越来越多的人开始关注并研究这一极具创新意义的制度改革。本文通过梳理三权分置研究的产生与发展,归纳了三权分置的概念、内涵、必要性和意义,探讨了围绕对三权分置的一些理论争论的焦点,并对当前三权分置研究的现状进行了简要述评和展望。
With the central government clearly puts forward “Division of Three Rights” of farmland, more and more people have been paying attention to and studying this highly innovative system reform. By sorting out emergence and development of the research on “Division of Three Rights”, this thesis summarizes the concept, connotation, necessity and significance of “Division of Three Rights”, and discusses the three power points of the theoretical argument. At last, we give a brief review and prospect of the present research on this characteristic problem.
