对我国竞技体操保持长盛不衰的理性思考
Rational Thinking of Keeping the Development of Competitive Gymnastics in China

摘要：作为我国竞技体育优势项目的竞技体操项目，在今天遇到了前所未有的困难和挑战。从保持我国竞技体操长盛不衰的立场出发，探究我国竞技体操优势地位的延续，寻求我国竞技体操摆脱发展困境的策略，对我国竞技体操发展具有一定的理论与实践价值。研究通过文献资料法、实地调查法、访谈法等研究方法，对我国竞技体操过往的辉煌与现在的尴尬进行了历史回顾和分析。在此基础上，文章对制约我国竞技体操再续辉煌的因素进行了社会学剖析，探究了我国竞技体操保持领先地位与再续辉煌的策略和路径。最后指出：在“互联网+”时代，从人才队伍的培养方面，实现以学校体操教育为基石，以媒体正面参与传播为手段，夯实人才基础，扩大受众参与面，让竞技体操运动搭乘上互联网的时代快车，选择能给竞技体操运动实现自我修复、自我扩张的产业化道路，才是我们最明智、最科学的选择。
Abstract: As the advantage projects of competitive sports in our country, the competitive gymnastics meets the unprecedented difficulties and challenges today. From a standpoint of remaining competitive gymnastics on the glory trail, this study explored the continuation of dominant position of competitive gymnastics in China, and found out the development strategies. This study had some theoretical and practical values for the development of competitive gymnastics in China. The study reviewed and analyzed the past glories and present embarrassment of competitive gymnastics in China by the methods of literature review, field investigation and interview, did a sociological analysis of restricting factors of the renewal of Chinese competitive gymnastics, explored the strategies and paths for China to maintain its leading position and renew its splendor, and finally pointed out that in the “Internet plus” era, from personnel training, taking school gymnastics education as the foundation, using media participation as a means of communication, strengthening talents foundation, expanding audience participation, letting competitive gymnastics catching the Internet express, choosing industrialization road of competitive gymnastics athletes’ self repair and self expansion, are our wisest and most scientific choice
