Abstract:

摘要:采用文献资料法,以高等学校体育社会服务职能为研究对象,主要研究高校体育社会服务职能的发展向度与原则,以期高校体育的社会服务职能更快的进入“共时态”压缩的历史轨迹当中。研究认为,受传统教学中心主义和科研评价体系的影响,高等学校的社会服务职能一直处于弱化地位,其体育的社会服务职能更显贫瘠。随着我国全民健身与高校应用型人才培养战略的实施,高校体育的社会服务职能应实现质的突破,甚至更快的进入“共时态”压缩的历史轨迹当中。研究提出,高等学校的体育社会服务职能应至少在四个向度上做出新的努力和尝试,即体育课程服务模式、社区体育服务模式、体育场馆服务模式和社会力量介入模式。当然,在这一发展向度过程中,还应遵从基本的原则设计,即落实政策权威顶层设计、组织决定化解主体冲突、政策监控落实公共行为及内容选择打造“智力导向”等。
Abstract: Taking sports social service function of colleges and universities as research object, this study analyzed its development dimension and principles, hoped it can enter into the historical track of “synchronic” development. Conclusions: Influenced by the traditional teaching centralism and scientific research evaluation system, the social service function of colleges and universities has been weakening, and the social service function of sports is much weaker. With the implementation of the national fitness and the training strategy of applied talents in colleges and universities, the sports social service function of colleges and universities should achieve a qualitative breakthrough, and even faster enter into the historical track of “synchronic” development. The sports social service function of colleges and universities should be tried and improved in four dimensions, including sports curriculum service model, community sports service model, sports venues service model and social force intervention model; of course, in the development process, we should comply with the principles of the basic design, including establishing authority policy with top-design, resolving conflicts by organization decision, implementing public behavior by policy monitoring and selecting content by intelligence orientation
