摘要：治理，在中国体育的历史进程中是一个全新的领域。在国家治理体系中，由于体育与国家、民众和社会的深度融合，决定了其是构成国家治理体系建设和治理能力建设现代化的根基之一。因此，推进中国体育治理体系与治理能力的现代化是国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的必然要求，也是深化体育改革的必由之路。本研究在推进国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化的语境下,以新视角、新理念、分层次对体育治理、中国体育治理、中国体育治理体系、中国体育治理能力的现代化的概念、内涵和本质特征作了开创性、引领性的诠释，试图为全面、系统、深入地研究中国体育治理体系与能力的现代化立本夯基。
Abstract: Governance is a new field in China sports development process. Sport is a basis to construct modernization of government governance system and governance ability because it deeply integrated with the state, people and society. Therefore, it is necessary to promote modernization of China sports governance system and governance ability for modernization of government governance system and governance ability, and for deep sports reform. Under the context of advancing modernization of government governance system and governance ability, this study gave a pioneering and leading interpretation of concept, connotation and essence of sports governance, China sports governance and its system, and China sports governance ability modernization, from a new perspective, a new idea and a multi-level description.
