筹办冬奥会促进北京国际体育中心城市建设效应及发展策略研究
Effect and Development Strategy of Preparation for Winter Olympic Games to Promote the Construction of Beijing International Sports Center City

摘要：运用文献资料和专家访谈等研究方法，在分析回顾北京国际体育中心城市建设发展历程及调查北京建设国际体育中心城市存在差距的基础上，通过对筹办冬奥会促进北京国际体育中心城市建设效应的研究，认为筹办冬奥会对提升北京国际体育中心城市建设的影响力、国际体育中心城市文化建设的竞争力、城市体育生活化社区建设质量和服务功能具有一定的影响效应。为更好的开发筹办冬奥会促进北京国际体育中心城市建设效应正能量的释放，建议北京应借筹办冬奥会的发展战略机遇,构建北京国际体育中心城市建设的网络体系、城市体育文化公共服务综合信息平台和加快北京城市体育生活化社区建设公共服务水平，进一步提升筹办冬奥会促进北京国际体育中心城市建设效应的发展策略，为北京国际一流和谐宜居之都建设提供服务。
Abstract: With the methods of literature review and expert interview, according to the history of building Beijing internaitonal sports central city, this paper made a study on the promotion effects of preparation for Beijing Winter Olympic Games. Conclusions: The preparation for Beijing Winter Olympic Games has effects to improve the influence of Beijing international sports center city construction, the competitiveness of the international sports center city culture construction, the quality and service function of the urban sports living community construction. In order to make better use of the Winter Olympic Games to promote the positive energy release of the city construction effect of Beijing international sports center, it is suggested that we should establish the network system of Beijing international sports center city construction and the comprehensive information platform of urban sports culture public service, and speed up the development of Beijing's sports life oriented community service level by grasping the strategic development opportunity of the Winter Olympic Games. We also should develop the development strategy of preparation of Winter Olympics promoting the construction of Beijing international sports center for providing services for Beijing's first-class construction of a harmonious and livable city
