公民体育权利供给的空间解析
Spatial Analysis of the Supply of Citizen’s Sports Rights

摘要：体育权利是体育法学研究中的重点，通过应用逻辑分析以及数据调查等方法，从空间政治学的角度思考体育权利供给有助于改善保障状况。作为社会文化权的体育权利需要国家履行积极义务进行供给，具体又可为精神空间供给、制度空间供给和物理空间供给。加强宣传可以使权利观念在社会中更加普及，从而提高精神空间中体育权利的供给。为了加强体育权利在社会制度空间中的供给，必须提升、改善国家的体育立法，逐步加深司法对体育纠纷的介入解决程度。而在体育权利物理空间供给方面，需要政府加大财政投入，加强体育场馆、设施的建设。体育权利供给的空间分类为国家提高体育权利保障水平提供了一种比较新的思考路径，也丰富了体育权利基本理论。
Abstract: Sports right is the key point in sports law research. By, thinking the supply of sports rights from the perspective of space politics by applying logical analysis and data survey is helpful to improve the security situation. As one kind of social and cultural rights, sports rights need the state to fulfill the obligation to supply, which can be divided into spiritual space supply, system space supply and physical space supply. Strengthening publicity can make the concept of rights more popular in the society, thus improving the supply of sports rights in the spiritual space. In order to strengthen the supply of sports rights in the social system space, we must enhance and improve the national sports legislation, and gradually deepen the judicial intervention in sports disputes. In the physical space supply of sports rights, it is necessary for the government to increase financial input and strengthen the construction of sports venues and facilities. This spatial classification of sports rights provides a new thinking way for the country to improve the guarantee level of sports rights, and also enriches the basic theory of sports rights
