美国大学竞技体育改革探析
Competitive Sports Reform in American Colleges

摘要：美国大学竞技体育由于在培养高质量后备竞技人才方面发挥的巨大作用，被国内学者所推崇，实际上大学竞技体育从1852年萌芽以来在美国社会一直引起很大争议。运用文献研究法和实地考察法，深入分析改革运动的发展历程，改革背景、改革目的、改革推动力量、改革涉及的主要议题。主要观点：美国大学竞技体育自身存在诸多问题，需要批判借鉴；美国大学竞技体育价值呈现多元化，教育是其核心价值。对我国的启示：我国大学竞技体育应确立履行教育价值、服务高等教育的本质目标，兼顾我国竞技体育后备人才培养的现实需要，谨慎进行体育赛事商业化，切实规避职业体育和竞技体育的外部干扰，尽量保持大学竞技体育的独立性，推动大学竞技体育融入大学教育系统。
Abstract: American college competitive sports is admired by some Chinese scholars because it has great help to cultivate high quality reserve talent. Actually, many controversies have aroused in American society after it was born in 1852. This paper analyzed historical process, background, purpose, driving force, main topic of its reform by the methods of literature review and field investigation. Conclusions: American college competitive sports has many problems, we need have a critical view when learning it; its value becomes diversify and education is its core value. Inspiration to China: China college competitive sports should establish education value and serve higher education purpose, promote China competitive sports reserve talents, start match commercialization cautiously, prevent outside interference, keep its independence, and integrate into college education system
