基于正交设计的土质相似材料配比试验研究

Abstract:
以黏土、重晶石粉、粉细砂和膨润土为原材料,配制振动台模型试验中的土质相似材料,并基于正交设计方法,通过直接剪切与压缩试验,对影响土质相似材料物理力学参数的各配比因素进行敏感性分析. 结果表明,不同配比相似材料的参数取值范围较广,能够满足大部分模型试验对土质相似材料的要求. 研究成果可为类似模型试验土质相似材料的配比选取提供参考.
The soil similar materials,which are used in the shaking table model test,are prepared by clay,barite powder,fine sand and bentonite. According to orthogonal design,the physical & mechanical properties of similar materials are analyzed through direct shear tests and confined compression tests. It is shown that the physical & mechanical properties of similar materials vary within a large range,which can satisfy the requirement of similarity for most model tests. These researches can also provide a reference for the preparation of soil similar material in the other model tests
