认证认可对出口消费品质量影响——基于广东的实证分析

Abstract:
利用2016年对广东出口消费品认证认可和质量水平问卷调查数据，采用相关性分析、邓氏灰色关联分析相结合的方法，量化分析认证认可对出口消费品微观质量和宏观质量的影响作用。数据分析结果发现，在微观层面，认证认可对消费品质量有着一定的正向影响作用，在产品符合性和市场符合性方面相关性较为显著，在社会符合性方面认证认可仍然有很大的发挥空间；在宏观层面，认证认可只是在行业人才结构、配套能力、环境保护、政策效用等方面关系较为密切。基于以上分析结果，从政府和企业两个层面提出了一些促进认证认可正向影响作用的策略。
