Abstract:

为研究离析对沥青路面质量均匀性的影响,确定沥青路面离析的合理表征指标,在室内分别设计无离析、细集料离析、轻度、中度和重度离析5种离析程度的沥青混合料;通过室内模拟,成型不同离析模式组合的马歇尔试件和板式车辙试件,并分别测定与分析马歇尔试件的密度、车辙板试件的密度和构造深度,研究离析对沥青路面的影响,确定质量控制指标。研究结果表明:各离析模式对沥青混合料的密度均有显著影响;密度指标对沥青路面施工变异性具有较高的敏感性,建议将其作为路面总体施工质量稳定性的检测指标;集料离析对混合料构造深度的影响呈现出良好的规律性,细集料离析<无离析<粗集料离析,其中,粗集料离析对路面质量不利影响最大,应予避免,建议通过检测路表构造深度的变异情况来判别沥青路面的集料离析情况,以此评价沥青混合料的摊铺均匀性。
In order to study the influence of segregation on the quality uniformity of asphalt pavements and to determine rational characterization indicators, 5 types of asphalt mixtures were designed in the laboratory, including no segregation, fine aggregate segregation, light, medium and high segregation. Through imitating the combination of different segregation, marshal specimens and rutting slab specimens were formed in laboratory, and then the density of marshal specimens and density and texture depth of the rutting slab specimens were measured and analyzed respectively. Results show that the density of asphalt mixture is significantly affected by segregation patterns. The density is sensitive to the variation of construction and is suggested as a integrity detection indicator for the construction quality of asphalt pavements. The influence of aggregate segregation on mixture texture depth shows good regularity, that is fine aggregate segregation < no segregation < coarse aggregate segregation. The coarse aggregate segregation will lead to damage of pavement and should be eliminated. The variation of road surface texture depth is suggested to assess the aggregate segregation situation of asphalt pavement and further to evaluate pavement uniformity
