高速铁路网络对可达性的影响分析 ——以湖南省为例

Abstract:
以县级行政建制为基本单元节点,在公路网络及城市交通网络的基础上,讨论高铁开通前后,各单元节点交通可达性的变化状况。采用加权平均出行时间为可达性指标,结合高铁开行方案的发车频率、停站方式及乘客等待时间,计算单元节点的可达性变化值,分析高速铁路网络对可达性的影响以及站点高铁可达频次对所在节点可达性的影响情况。以湖南省为例,将其划分为122个单元节点,分别得到各单元节点的潜在区域优势以及交通可达性的空间形态,对高铁网络的建设及开行提供参考依据。
Bassed on the county administrative divisions, the road network and the urban traffic network, the nodes traffic accessibility changes before and after the opening of high-speed railway is discussed. This paper uses the weighted average travel time for accessibility indicators. By combining the high-speed railway service frequency, stop mode and passenger waiting time, the nodes accessibility changes is calculated. The high-speed railway network, and the total number of site to other sites is analysed in terms of the accessibility of the node where the site in. We study the case of Hunan province and divide it into 122 nodes,then 122 nodes potential regional advantage and traffic accessibility space form are obtained. These findings can provide the reference basis of construction and operation of high-speed railway
