虹梯关特长公路隧道施工通风节能技术

Abstract:
为研究长大隧道施工通风节能技术,以虹梯关特长公路隧道为工程依托,通过CFD商业软件FLUENT建立三维模型进行有限元分析。通过调研方式计算确定特长公路隧道中施工通风控制标准及需风量,制定特长公路隧道联合式通风方式并在风管长度、风机选型数量和风机位置等方面对通风方案进行优化。对比分析不同工况下的有无排风机的通风效果。研究结果表明:在特长公路隧道的施工通风中,独头式通风不能达到良好的效果,需要采用满足污风回流要求的联合式通风方式。该方式能够快速将隧道掌子面及附近区域的CO浓度稀释至规范要求,改善洞内通风条件,保证施工进度,节约大量人力和财力。
In order to study the ventilation energy saving technology for extra-long tunnel construction, this paper took the Hongtiguan extra-long highway tunnel as the project background and uses the CFD commercial software FLUENT to establish three-dimensional model for finite element analysis. The extra-long highway tunnel construction ventilation control standards and air airflow were calculated and determined through the investigation and research. The extra-long highway tunnel combined ventilation mode and optimize the duct length, number and type selection of fan, fan position and other aspects of ventilation scheme were set as well. Contrast analysis of the effects of different conditions with or without ventilation exhaust fan were conducted. Research results show that: head ventilation alone cannot achieve good effect in the extra-long highway tunnel construction ventilation, it needs to adopt combined ventilation mode which meet with the requirement of polluted air reflux. This way can not only quickly make the CO concentration in the tunnel face and the adjacent region diluting to the specification requirements and improve the conditions of ventilation, but also ensure the construction progress, save much manpower and financial resources
