Abstract:
DPP4是一种高度保守的II型跨膜糖蛋白，广泛分布于组织细胞并可以溶解形式存在于外周血。DPP4参与 机体系列生理病理过程，如免疫调节、炎症反应、细胞黏附和细胞调亡等。DPP4抑制剂作为新开发的糖尿病药物在 控制血糖尤其是餐后血糖方面效果显著。DPP4及其抑制剂还在多种呼吸系统疾病中具有潜在作用，尤其是在哮喘发 病中可能发挥重要作用
