TMD 患者前牙咬合型与颞下颌关节的CBCT测量分析

Abstract:
摘要 目的: 利用CBCT对比TMD患者双侧颞下颌关节,分析髁突-关节窝位置形态与前牙咬合的关系。方法: 对47例患者进行CBCT影像学检查,测量患者双侧关节间隙、关节窝深度。从髁突位置形态变化、关节窝深度,分析患者前牙咬合型与TMD的关系。结果: CBCT显示所有患者双侧关节对称。前牙咬合异常与髁突位置变化有相关性,其中深覆盖深覆牙合患者及深覆盖患者髁突明显后移位(P=0.011,P=0.0004)。前牙咬合正常的患者髁突骨质发生骨关节病的几率增大(P＝0.005)。结论: TMD 的病因复杂多样,咬合异常只是其中一个因素
