改良Twin-block治疗非生长发育期关节盘可复性前移位的骨性变化

Abstract:
摘要 目的:探讨改良Twin-block在治疗非生长发育期关节盘可复性前移位的同时对颌骨生长发育的影响。方法:收集2016年1月~2016年6月就诊于深圳市第二人民医院口腔科,被诊断为颞下颌关节盘可复性前移位,并采取改良Twin-block 矫治成功的20~40岁患者26例,分别于治疗前、治疗结束后2个月拍摄头颅定位侧位片,测量治疗前后SNA、SNB、ANB、SN-PP、PP-MP、N-ANS、ANS-Me的变化。使用SPSS19.0软件以配对t检验方法对测量结果进行分析。结果:矫治后ANS-Me增加,且有统计学差异;SNA、SNB、ANB、SN-PP、PP-MP、N-ANS治疗前后未见统计学差异。结论:改良Twin-block 矫治器在治疗非生长发育期颞下颌关节盘可复性前移位的同时,会少量增加下面高,未见对颌骨生长发育产生其它影响
