Abstract:

摘要 目的:探索用茜素红/阿利新蓝双染色法观察小鼠下颌骨的整体骨架发育。方法:应用不同条件的茜素红/阿利新蓝染色液对E15.5、E16.5、 E18.5和P90的小鼠进行整体骨架双染色,观察小鼠下颌骨的整体发育情况,重点关注Meckel's软骨和髁突软骨发育。结果:骨和软骨能被分别染成红色和蓝色,在体视显微镜下可清楚地观察到下颌骨的整体发育形态。Meckel's软骨与周围的骨组织在组织学上和空间上无连续性。髁突软骨独立于Meckel's软骨,与下颌骨骨膜紧密相连。结论:应用不同条件的茜素红/阿利新蓝整体骨架双染色法成功观察了小鼠下颌骨的整体发育过程。Meckel's软骨可能不直接参与下颌骨的骨化,髁突可能是来源于下颌骨末端骨膜间质细胞。[关键词] 阿利新蓝 茜素红 双染色法 下颌骨发育 整体观
