Abstract:

目的:评价CT多平面重建(CT-MPR)技术引导经皮腹膜后病变切割针刺活检(CNB)的临床应用价值,探讨MPR技术在CT引导下经皮腹膜后病变CNB中的运用优势。方法:回顾性分析运用CT-MPR技术引导下经皮腹膜后病变CNB的患者资料,统计CNB诊断腹膜后恶性病变的敏感性、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及准确率。结果:25例腹膜后病变穿刺活检患者中有24例与最终诊断结果相符,腹膜后恶性病变的敏感性为95%(19/20)、特异性为100%(5/5)、阳性预测值为100%(19/19)、阴性预测值为83.3%(5/6)、准确率为96%(24/25)。25例患者穿刺活检术中及术后均未出现并发症。结论:CT-MPR技术引导经皮腹膜后病变CNB对腹膜后病变定性诊断准确率高且安全
