康柏西普联合激光治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞合并的黄斑囊性水肿的临床疗效 Effect of Intravitreous Injection of Conbercept Combined with Laser Photocoagulation in Macular Edema Secondary to Branch Retinal Vein Occlusion

Abstract:

目的:观察玻璃体腔注射康柏西普联合视网膜激光光凝治疗视网膜分支静脉阻塞合并的黄斑水肿的疗效。方法:将我院临床确诊的视网膜分支静脉阻塞合并黄斑水肿患者28例28眼纳入研究,随机分为康柏西普+激光组(CL组)15例15眼和激光组(L组)13例13眼。CL组玻璃体腔注射康柏西普,2周后行视网膜激光光凝,L组行单纯视网膜激光光凝。结果:两组间比较,1d,1周、1月及3月CL组最佳矫正视力(BCVA)提高及稳定眼数明显多于L组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.536,11.424,14.623,10.325,P<0.01)。CL组治疗前及治疗后1d、1周、1月及3月平均黄斑中央视网膜厚度(CMT)相比均有显著性差异(t=5.662,5.481,5.816,5.231,P<0.05),L组治疗后1周及1个月平均CMT较治疗前明显降低(t=2.311,3.245 P<0.05),治疗后1d及3个月平均CMT与治疗前相比,差异无统计学意义。两组间治疗后1d、1周、1月及3月平均CMT比较,差异有统计学意义(F=9.251,4.009,4.857,8.66)。结论:玻璃体腔注射康柏西普联合视网膜激光光凝疗效优于单纯激光光凝
