基于VOF法长陡坡排水隧洞三维数值模拟 3D numerical simulation of long steep drainage tunnel based on VOF method

Abstract:

针对工程实践中某长陡坡排水隧洞的3种设计方案,即长直陡坡式、台阶陡坡式、环形堰竖井式,其流场特性、消能效果等依据经验公式法计算困难,建立了RNGk-ε双方程紊流数学模型,应用VOF法处理水气两相流自由液面,以结构化网格和非结构化网格相结合的形式进行网格剖分,采用标准壁面函数法求解水流近壁区流速,展开了多工况三维数值模拟研究.得到并分析了不同计算工况排水隧洞水流基本形态、泄流能力、消能效果、压力分布等,最终比选出台阶陡坡式方案为该排水隧洞的最佳设计方案,后期应针对性地对其合理性进行物理模型试验验证.利用CFD数值模拟法解决工程实际问题的同时,也为水利水电工程中大流量冲沟排水问题的研究提供了参考和依据
