Abstract:

壳聚糖与3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵在碱性条件下反应合成羟丙基三甲基氯化铵壳聚糖(HACC),魔芋经高碘酸钠氧化制备氧化魔芋葡甘露聚糖(OKGM),再利用OKGM中的醛基与壳聚糖季铵盐上的氨基交联制备HACC/OKGM水凝胶,用傅立叶红外光谱、扫描电镜进行表征,并探讨OKGM含量对水凝胶结构及性能的影响.该水凝胶样品均具备清晰稳定的三维结构,凝胶时间随着OKGM含量的增加先减小后增大,溶胀率最大为508%,且随着OKGM含量的增加而减小.性能测试结果显示:该水凝胶的失水率随着OKGM含量的增加而减少,具有良好的抗溶血性能,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌表现出良好的抗菌性
